As Yachuli is also known as valleys of romance, the people of all walks of life including senior citizens, Burahs,Panchayat leaders officers and officials celebrated the 37th statehood day at Yachuli general ground here on Monday, February 20.
The ZPM,Joram Elyu attended the celebration as chief guest in the presence of ADC Yachuli Toko Babu.
Delivering the Statehood Day speech, ZPM, evoked all those leaders who sacrificed providence and decisiveness to ensure the creation of Arunachal Pradesh.
He said that the state since its statehood have made noteworthy development and enduring achievements to show in every field.”We will monitor government employees who remain absent in their posting place in the Yachuli.The development and progress enjoyed by our areas has seen a marked improvement though many trials and tribulations”he said.
At the gala celebration at Yachuli,the winners of Essay Competition(both Senior & Junior categories)on the topic “water conservation/Rain water Harvesting” which was conducted by the department of school education Lower Subansiri district in collaboration with PHED& WS,Yachuli Division was being awarded with trophy & cash prizes along with the certificates by both ADC & ZPM Yachuli respectively.
