ANSU differed on the 36th hour bandh call on Dec 6, matter to discuss with CM on Dec 13.

ITANAGAR, The All Nyishi students union (ANSU) on Monday after a meeting held under the chairmanship of President Nabam Dodum at Tallang HIra memorial complex, E Sector has differed with the proposed 36 hour capital bandh call on December 6.

ANSU President Nabam Dodum in a press conference here at Arunachal Press club (APC) has informed the mediaperson that a meeting was held on Monday, after a letter no-CM (ARUN)-17/2020-21/ from Chief Minister office on November 28 to defer the matter of 36 hour bandh called by ANSU was received and disused. He said.

In response to the letter of the CMO office, the central executive members (CEM) unanimously decided to differ the proposed 36 hours capital band to discuss the matter with the Chief Minister on December 13th. He said.

We are stuck with the demands which include the transfer of Niharika Rai and scrapping of FIR against CEM ANSU and others. He said.

There should be no confusion among anyone as we have not cancelled the democratic movement but differ the movement and will discussed on December 13 and hope the government also take up our issue which are in the greater interest of student community and development of education scenario of state. Dodum added.
