ITANAGAR, The Arunachal Pradesh Amateur Karate Do Association (APAKA) on Tuesday has felicitated the players from Arunachal Pradesh who played at National Seikokai Karate Championship and got three medals which held from 26th to 28th Oct’ 2021 at Dehradun in Uttrakhand.
Shihan Yarda Niki, President Arunachal Pradesh Amateur Karate Association (APAKA) while welcoming the state back home felicitate them today and motivated them to play for the community, district and state. he inform the players to always maintain fitness and carry on daily exercise and at the same time the educational activities should be taken up on priority. Niki said.
The team Arunachal won one Silver and two Bronze Medals in the National Level “All India Seiko Kai Karate -Do Championship, held at Dehradun, Uttarakhand from 26tn to 28,h Oct’ 2021. Gebo Kamchi, 13 years old got Silver Medal in boys Kumite, Tinglang wangpan, 21 years got Bronze Medal under men category and Basanta Bagang won Bronze Medal under 21 years men category. Niki said.
A total of eight players and one official John Bagang represented the state in the championship at Uttrakhand, NIki added.
