ITANAGAR, JUNE 8 ; The Deputy Speaker and Changlang local MLA Tesam Pongte has distributed farm machinery to the progressive farmers of his assembly constituency in a simple ceremony to help them during the pandemic period.
Dy Speaker inform that the programme was organized by the department of Agriculture and was a small function and the distribution of the farm Machinery to progressive farmers of Changlang under SMAM Scheme and MLALAD fund today at Changlang HQ was done. he said.
Out of 7 machinery distributed, 2 are under SMAM scheme and rest 5 machinery were sponsored under his MLALAD fund. Dy Speaker Pongte said.
At the same time we motivated the farmers to abide by the SoP and Covid appropriate behaviors in the the family and nearly resident and also create awareness among the local villagers to remain safe from the infection of the coronavirus.
The programme also attended by Dr. Devansh Yadav, DC, Changlang. Mihin Gambo, SP, Kapseng Kungkho, ZPC, Mengpa Haisa, ZPM and others.
