NAHARLAGUN, JUNE 4: Kipa Onam, a BJYM Capital district unit president has today form his own source has been able to distribute ratio items to more than 400 needy people in Naharlagun township on Thursday and Friday.
Onam inform the media that it given me inspiration from the selfless services by several NGOs and voluntary organization, I also planned to contribute something whatever possible from my side to the needy people and managed ration items which include rice, salt, mustard oil and pulse and started distributing on Thursday.
I find that there are more than my expectation however I manage to distribute around 450 people of which most of them are working class, unemployed and daily wage earners in Papunallah and other parts of Naharlagun township on Thursday and Friday.
He further appeal all likeminded people to do such social service if possible from their end during the pandemic which would be a great help to the needy people. Onam added.
