Libang appeal the newly appointed officers to work with a mission to take the state to a new height

ITANAGAR, The Health & Family welfare minister Alo Libang has appealed to newly selected officers to work on a mission to take Arunachal Pradesh to a greater height of development.

Libang was addressing a function organised by Adi : Ba Ne Kebang (ABK) academic board here at DK Convention hall with a theme  “ serve the state with pride and honour”. Libang said that Officers should communicate with their respective society/CBO and office staff without hesitation irrespective of their post and rank to work for the welfare of the community and society and development of state in general, he added.

Special guest Ninong Ering encouraged the awardees to be sincere in executing their duties as per the service rule.

Stating officers have multiple roles in the development towards society and the State, he said, ”You have to work for justice, equity and fairness by avoiding favoritism,”.

Urging young officers to uphold the goal and objectives of ABK, ABK president Borang said, as a Adi community they need proactive officers who will contribute towards development of the community.

Sharing his administrative experiences, former ABK president Bilati Pertin said that the trial and tribulation is a part of government officers, however officers have to choose the right path.

The Adi Bane Kebang’s Academic Board on Thursday felicitated selected officers of Arunachal Pradesh Public Service Commission Competitive Examination (APPSCCE) 2017 and 2020 which was conducted by the Arunachal Pradesh Public Service Commission, 

All together 23 candidates were felicitated, where they pledged to work for the Adi community in particular and state as a whole, which was administered by Adi Bane Kebang (ABK) president Getom Borang.
