Ruhi Tagung elected as JDU corporator leader in IMC

ITANAGAR, JUNE 30 ; The state Janata Dal (United) itanagar Municipal corporators in state executive meeting here at party office has elected Ruhi Tagung as the JD(U) Corporators leader in Itanagar Municipal corporation (IMC) and others.

In a media briefing, the newly elected JDU Corporators leader Ruhi Tagung has informed that since the election of IMC has almost nearing six month but due to Covid pandemic and lockdown in capital region almost all the meeting of the party were kept in absences and few of them were postponed and cancelled. The election to leader, Dy leader, Spokesperson & Chief Whip and others were necessary and it was taken up in the meeting today and all the necessary formalities were conducted and completed with following all Covid protocol.

The meeting was attended by all the elected corporators and few party leaders keeping in view the covid behaviors and guidelines. Tagung said.

We discussed various issues and decisions were taken accordingly. The house also elected Ruhi Tagung as leader of the JDU Corporator in IMC, Gora Tallang has been elected as Deputy leader, Lokam Anand as Spokesperson, Yagam Jomoh has been elected as Dy Spokesperson while Tamuk Tagiang has been elected as chief whip in IMC for JDU. Tagung said.

We will host a felicitation program in November 2021 in which our National President RCP Singh will grace the occasion as Chief Guest, which was earlier scheduled to conduct in April 2021 but due to covid-19 it was postponed. Tagung said.

Riba Pangia Dolo who was State Yuva President has been promoted as State General Secretary and Kipa Talling has been given the responsibility of State Yuva President. Tagung further said,
