ITANAGAR, The two day of Arunachal Pradesh Police Compassionate Aspirant candidate peaceful dharna end here today at tennis Court IG park. The family members of the police personnel who laid down their lived during the line of duty were disappointed as no any authority from the PHQ has visited them to discuss them on the issue. We may go for hunger strike.
Demanding state government to appoint the candidates, who have been waiting to be on compassionate ground in the police department for last two years and even before.
Speaking to newspersons one Sona Mangli informed that no any response from concern authority but today we are temporarily concluding our two days dharna for Christmas after Christmas we will again start our democratic movement after proper discussion among the members concerned. We may go for of hunger strike also.
He also claims that there is around 300 Aspirant candidates which might have accumulated across the state because since from 2019 but no recruitment process has been done on compassionate ground.
In year of 2019 state government has sanction vacancy but the left out 26 post are still to be recruited. The PHQ should have done the advertisement but it is also not been done and reason is best known to them. So he requested the department to advertise the vacant post for recruitment and as the case may be the PHQ should also created vacancy for the rest of the candidates of the victims family members.
