ITANAGAR, The 12 hours bandh call given by All Kra Daadi district students union (AKDDSU) as 1st phase in kra Daadi district on November 16 (Tuesday) as first phase agitation to press for fulfillment of its charter of demands passed off peacefully with all activity almost standstill like situation.
The Kra Daadi district police sources informed that’ the 12 hours Kra Daadi district bandh called by AKDDSU ended peacefully without any report of any untoward incident/violence etc’, DC office opened, markets were closed except the medicine stores while there was no vehicular movement. The police sources said.
It is to mention that the AKDDDSU has been pursuing the immediate transfer and posting of subject teachers in various schools of Kra Daadi district in general and Government Higher secondary school, Palin in particular. The other charter of demand which includes posting of sufficient shortage of subject teachers, approval of guest teachers as proposed by the DDSE Kra Daadi. one time funding for all infrastructure development of the district HQs, Palin after deciding on the infrastructures already created at Jamin by investing crores of funds. immediate disposal of remaining 18 posts of MTS for Kra Daadi which are lying under APSSB, immediate establishment of a Fire Station and a multipurpose educational counseling center with lodging facility in the district.
