ITANAGAR, FEB 13: Four person have been reportedly feared dead in a tragic road accident in Kra Daadi district on Sunday. Informed police sources.
The Kra Daadi Superintendent of Police, Dusu Kaling informed this daily over phone from Palin “that information about an accident is confirmed but ascertaining the fatality and casualty’, unconfirmed sources said that four person has been reportedly feared dead and dozens has received grievous injury in the accident
As per information the accident occurred at around 1.30-2.30 PM near around Kumey IB and Bridge Point near Kuba. He said.
As per information poured in, A Bolero Pickup carrying around thirty people from Palin and Yangte area while on its way to Tali to attend a fellowship programme met with the accident and fell down on the bank of Kumey river and four persons reportedly died on spot. He said.
The locals and rescue team from Palin have already rushed to the spot. The spot is located at a quite distant place after passing through Yangte town toward Tali. There is a network and communication issue so detailed information is awaited. Said SP.
The team of rescue operation with medical team led by Tali Circle officer amd and Investigation officer and two ambulances has moved toward the accident site. SP said.
Preparation for giving immediate treatment to the victims are done at Palin. SP said adding that the exact details and cause of accident and other queries could be ascertained when the team reached on the spot and owing to no communication the exact details cannot be obtained. SP added.

Later the SP informed that the vehicle was coming from Tali to Palin, and in the accident 17 people were in the ill-fated vehicle- four people have died and the rest are critically injured.
The injured people are: Heri Yania- injured, Takam Opung -injured, Dohu bhai- injured, Takam yacho- injured, Tassar yaram- Injured, Byabang during- injured, Patey Semi-Injured, Byabang Yami- injured, Takam Yanu- injured, Takam Yate- injured, Gokia Takia- driver and Heri Sakap- injured.
The deceased persons are: Dohu Poyum- deceased, Nich Menia – Deceased, Toku Yachi- Deceased, Goda Yayak- Deceased.
