ITANAGAR, Nov 14: The youths congress have lots of responsibility toward the party strengthening and to bring back the party in power. It can be possible if the youths congress carry forward the ideology of the party and its activities which has been carried in the greater interest of the state and country. said All India Congress Committee (AICC) joint secretary Krishna Allavaru here on Tuesday.
The AICC leader was on a visit to state with his team to meet to attend an important meeting of the Arunachal Pradesh youth congress (APYC) and to meet several party state leadership for strengthening of the party and grassroots level workers.
The congress leader has also meet the APYC leaders and APCC President and other on various party activities on the occasion.
Briefing the media, the AICC joint secretary Krishna Allavaru said that the plan for strengthening of the party keeping in view the 2024 parliamentary election in country and assembly election in state. It may be something like campaign to strengthen the party workers in the state as well as country by involving youths as well as in grass root level.
“ I have come over here to oversee the progress of congress party and organization activities of APYC in the state, Allavaru said, Congress party has always been on the frontline to ensure empowerment of women as well as the welfare of youths of the country.
Congress has been continuously battling against the rising issues such as unemployment, equality, inflation of essential commodities and reservation of women at Lok Sabha and state general seat. Several issues which were left is also been raised time and again and also those issue which are in the greater interest of the people of country are being taken into consideration. He said.
Congress party is working for welfare of youth and report the problems of youth in government level along with other social works like blood donation, providing services to needy people, helping the people during disaster, he added.
The congress party has always been in front even sitting in opposition and not power for the development of the country since the inception of its party through various schemes and policies,” Allavaru, while expressing his confidence upon the citizens of Arunachal Pradesh, would mandate back the congress party in position during upcoming general election 2024.
The ‘Youth Jodo, Boot Jodo’ campaign across the country has got much support of the people across the country, he appealed to the wise people of the state to sensibly thing for the work being carried since inception of state and elect the better representation to lead the state, as their single vote which has a great importance will decide the future of the state. he also appeal the public to not to fall in the influence on money culture during election.
If BJP really thinking welfare of women the recently passed women’s Reservation Bill 2023 should have been implement. Why not passed the bill back during BJP government since 2014. The congress has much earlier tried its best to passed the women reservation bill but Its only false promises by Prime Minister Narendra Modi lead BJP government and it’s a matter as when it will be implemented , he added.
APCC president Nabam Tuki also brief the media on the occasion. Tuki said that said, it is high time and the recent election in several states of country will open a new door and the upcomming parliamentary election may also affect much more. He said.
The congress party worked tirelessly to shape the state towards cooperative and civic society and to the preset stage so it’s the people of state who has lots of love with the congress party.
“It was the congress party who created Arunachal Pradesh and did overall developmental activities,” said Tuki.
The party will participate the 2024 election and always look forward to file candidate in all places. He said.
