Arunachal State Livelihoods Mission conducted an ‘’Alumni meet-cum-interaction programme’’ for Arunachal DDU-GKY placed candidates at Grand Magrath Hotel, Bangalore, Karnataka on September 6th Wednesday..
Candidates, representatives from PIAs, representatives from employers, dignitaries from CTSA, & ArSRLM officials and others attended the function. The program was conducted to interact with the DDU GKY Placed candidates from Arunachal Pradesh to various other states under various companies.
A release received form the source said that the candidates are trained free of cost under scheme DD GKY of ArSRLM. After completion of training the candidates are being provided with Placement.
The Scheme aims to develop global work force for the unemployed youth of the state, giving them opportunity to skill themselves with employability skill skills through training and opportunity of job through placement.
As such more 100 students are placed at Karnataka and many more in various other states of Hyderabad, Delhi, Kerala etc. The interaction programme aims to counsel the candidates who are working very far from the comfort of their home. It gives opportunity for the candidates to boost their confidence, provided opportunity for retention through identification of future potential employers.
The candidates shared their experiences and happy with the opportunity that was provided and shared their aspiration.
SICPCI, Programme Manager Juliya Miyu delivered an inspiring keynote address sharing her valuable insights and motivational words for the placed candidates. MCPIA, Programme Manager.Nabam Ompi presented a brief overview of the programme and also motivated and encouraged the placed candidates and thanked all the candidates and the invitees for attending the programme in spite of their busy schedule.
The programme showed a motivational session led by resource person from TSA Shashank Gahlot who inspired them how to develop personal and professional skills. NABCONS (CTSA) Roshni Upadhyaya motivational and inspiring words. GKY Asstiant Koj Pilya and other also addres steh gathering.
The placed candidates were felicitated with traditional muffler and provided with certification of appreciation from ArSRLM. The candidates also shared their success stories and their experiences of working in Bangalore.
Various cultural activities also mesmerized the show with different games and activities to help and make the alumini understand the importance of building positive relationship, improve communication and collaboration and team building. Felicitation of the PIA representatives, Employer representatives. ArSRLM officials felicitated them with bouquet and traditional muffler was held to understand each other’s and interacted each to know each other’s.
