ITANAGAR, The prominent social leaders and legendary singer Bamang Loram who was nominated by Bharath virtual university for peace and education, New Delhi has conferred honorary doctorate (Honoris causa) award at a ceremony held at New Delhi on December 23rd Thursday.
The academic council of the Bharat virtual university for peace and education has been considered on advisory along with ‘honorary doctorate award (honoris causa) in the field dedicated for hill folk songs, art, culture, traditional music composition, literary & social scientist’.
The award ceremony was held at Tecnia auditorium , Madhuban chowck, Pitam, pura, New Delhi and the prestigious honorary doctorate (honoris causa) was given away to Bamang Loram on the 11th Convocation day.
