Itanagar, Jan 22: Two prominent officers within the Education Department, including Director of Elementary Education (DEE) Otem Tayeng, find themselves suspended in Arunachal Pradesh.
This swift action, effective immediately, follows the provisions of sub-rule (1) of Rule 10 of the Central Civil Service (Classification, Control, and Appeal) Rules 1965.
An official order from Chief Secretary Shri Dharmendra confirms the immediate suspension of DEE Otem Tayeng.
Meanwhile, another high level source informed one more officer suspended by the education department.
Both suspended officers are under strict orders not to leave Itanagar without prior authorization, adding an air of mystery to the unfolding situation.
