ITANAGAR, NOV 7: The family members of state 1st everester unhappy and not satisfied the way state government is dealing on the missing case of Tapi Mra since day one.
Addressing the media person here at Arunachal press club (APC) the sister of Missing everester Tapi Mra’s Yatok Mra Nillo inform that it is more than a year and whereabouts of everester Mra is not known. It was failure due to various reason including the then Deputy Commissioner of East Kameng district who did not cooperated to our plea rather he imposed CrPc 144 without understanding our sentiment and pain of missing our brother and his accomplice.
Few points were taken into consideration like of appointing of Tagit Sorang as a team leader in search operation but maximum issues remain unsolved and the result is nill till date. She said.
She inform that as per assurance of the government to bear all the expenditure incurred or involved in the 3rd search operation which shall continue for seven year subsequently as per government resolution passed on 7th November assurance given by Chief secretary. The chief secretary has field the deliver the subject matter as per resolution passed and delay the reimbursement of financial involvement of the search operation till date. She said.
The family members of missing duos are willing to know about their member and waiting to know about the missing members. The state government should keep their words and they should abide by the resolution in the matter of both the everester and his associates.
She appeal and request the state government to draw conclusion of disbursement of the reimbursement by the department of youths affairs on various issue related and in connection with the search operation. She said.
Today is November 7 and on this day the day and date of agreement with the government and still all the members of the both family and community people are waiting for the their loved one. Everester Tapi Mra was a renowned person and he was an inspiration for others in the field of mountaineering and adventure sport and we shall continue to wait for the news of his live or death and in case of death we need his body. she added.
She further said that several other points were there in the memorandum of agreement and the state government should not forget to abide.
