ITANAGAR, DEC 12 : Former Technocrat and businessman Ratu Techi formally joined the BJP at state BJP headquarter in presence of huge gathering. The state BJP President and Pakkekessang MLA Biyuram Wahge while welcoming him to part fold has ask him to work for strengthening of the party right form grassroots level.
Ratu Techi, son of Late Techi Kerap and Techi Roi of village Rigo, Sagalee circle of 15th Sagalee assembly constituency of Papum Pare district has served the state PWD for more than 30 years and was superintendent engineer. He is as well a famous businessman of state and a renowned public figure. Similarly Ratu has been associated several social welfare activities and himself has made a prominent place in the public and society.
The state BJP President and Pakkekessang MLA alongwith host of party leaders who was present during the joining of Ratu Techi has welcome his joining and ask him to work for strengthening of the part at the grassroots level in Sagalee area, Papum Pare district and state as well.
Ratu born in 1956 has made a several milestone in his life and has been promoted to the post of executive engineer and then to Superintendent engineer and retired from his service in 2019. He was conferred silver medal in 1992 by state government, has served as general secretary of Nyishi service employees forum, generals secretary of Arunachal students engineers association, general secretary of Nikum NIya welfare society. was a member of APVB during students days.
Wahge said that “ it is good for the party and happy moment that several people from various political party and even otherwise also several people are joining to the party fold and giving their services to the people. He said.
The preparation for the 2024 election has already began and every party leaders and karyakartas has began to start with the party activities and accordingly Ratu Techi will alas began with other party leaders. The BJP president added.
Meanwhile, the Papum Pare district BJP unit has welcome the joining of Ratu Techi to BJP and with his joining the party will get more strength and boost up the moral of party cadres in Sagalee assembly constituency. Said Papum Pare district president Ngurang Logi.
A reception programme was also organized at Papum Pare district BJP officer at Tigdo wherein various party leaders were present on the occasion. An interaction programme was also held where newly joined Ratu Techi shared his views and suggestion to the party leaders and karyakartas and thanks the leadership for excepting to the largest political party of world BJP.
Senior party leader Techi Necha, Generals secretary Nalong Mize, Organising secretary Anant Narayam Mishra, president of various Morcha and other senior party leaders of BJP were present.
Meanwhile Youth leader form Balijan area and a PPA leader Techi Kama has also joined the party and his joining was accepted by the state BJP president Biyuram Wahge and felicitated in presence of huge gathering.
