ITANAGAR, MAY 23 : A highly decomposed body of a male aged around 25-30 years has been found near Subansiri lower project in Dolungmukh town of Kamle district bordering Assam on Monday morning. The Kamle district police have sought the support of locals in identification of the body for further action.
SP Kamle, Taru Gusar informed that a body of a male aged around 25-30 years was found around 200 meters downstream of Subansiri Lower Hydro Power project in the Dolungmukh town of Kamle district. The body is beyond recognition. The Dolungmukh police are carrying all legal formalities which include inquest with the help of magistrate and post mortem etc. the Kamle police has also issue message to all the nearby police station of the district and nearby district of state for information in the upstream of the river so that any information relating to the body could be ascertain. He said.
As of now it seems that it may be a case of drowning in the upstream but it could only be ascertained after any information is received from any concern which include police, public and any other source. SP added.
The SP Kamle Taru Gusar has appealed one and all to support and help the Dollungmukh police in identifying the body for further action.
We are trying our best effort for identification of the body and a message has been served to all the PS of the district and nearby district or else after 72 hours the body will be disposed off as per procedure after registering a UD case at the Dolungmukh PS.
