ITANAGAR, SEPT 8 : The Indian Oil Corporation, Assam Oil Division (IOC, AOD) chief general manager (CGM), (LPG) Dinesh Prasad Vidyarthi appeal the distributor and channel partners to maintain safety and improve digital initiatives for betterment of customers and benefit of distributor as well as well as reduce black-marketing etc.
The CGM (LPG) Dinesh Prasad Vidyarthi while attending the Structured meeting and interaction program with LPG Distributors under North Lakhimpur LPG Sales Area of Arunachal Pradesh and Lakhimpur District distributors was held at Hotel Cygnett Inn, Itanagar on Friday said that time has come that everybody has to show smartness and work with sincerity with a commitment so that we can be able to deliver the goods to the masses specially the consumers. We have to del the consumer politely and need to inform several measure by way we can improve our system for the convenient of the consumers and staffs working in distribution counter. He said.
He stressed on safety during refill delivery through Pre-Delivery Checks (PDC) and advised the Distributors to improve the Digital initiatives like Digital Booking, Digital Payment, confirmation through DAC (Delivery Authentication code) & PDC feedback from Customers.
He also emphasized on customer centric approach and advised the channel partners to ensure timely delivery of refills and reduction of backlog.
He appreciated the commitment, service and dedication of the Distributors for ensuring last mile delivery in the remotest & far flung area of the country. We have to win the confidence of the customer in the digital era through our behavior and hard labour so that our services is being appreciated by the customer and all. Added CGM, LPG Vidyarthi.
