ITANAGAR, MAY 02 : The Bhikshu Sangha of Gontse Gaden Rabgye Ling Monastery (GRL Monastery), Bomdila who reached Seppa, headquarters of the East Kameng district under the leadership of the Abbot of the monastery to extend our heartfelt appreciation to Mama Natung Minister of Youth Affairs & Sports, WRD, Empowerment and Forest, Government of Arunachal Pradesh for his compassionate noble deed of safeguarding the physical environment of our State through the “Air gun surrender abhiyan” which became a highly successful and mass volunteer activity in the society.
The monks of Gontse Gaden Rabgye Ling Monastery thank our State Government under the leadership of Pema Khandu, Chief Minister of Arunachal Pradesh and Natung for this noble deed for preservation of the local environment and show the way for sustainable development of Arunachal Pradesh through popular participations.
The mongks further appeal to the citizens to protect the flora and fauna and also help the government and several organizations working in protecting the environment and forest and its wildlife.
