Nakap Nalo asked the helicopter service provider to provide better service to the people

ITANAGAR, AUGUST 10 : The Civil Aviation Minister Nakap Nalo on Tuesday has asked the helicopter service provider to work with dedication and commitment and provide better services to the people of Arunachal Pradesh.

With regards to cancellation or service for commercial purpose, Nalo asked them to inform the civil aviation deptt on daily basis and update the machinery of the helicopter timely and also update the department official on the issue as and when any emergency for repairing and maintenance are required.

As of now there are two helicopter service providers in state which include Skyone airlines and Global Vectra helicorp ltd and they should also try to know the problems being faced by the passengers during the unannounced cancellation of the service during last hours and also try to arrange alternated or standby. The meeting was held to improve the helicopter services in the state and the people. Minister said. .

Several issues related to helicopter flying and commercial services and other issues were discussed. The minister asked the helicopter service operators to serve the people of state, especially the passengers with commitment and dedication.

Secretary civil Aviation Swapnil Naik, Director Tapyam Pada, Jt Director Bamin Kime, Assistant Director (technical) Priyam Borthakur, Assistant Director (Operation) Miranda Pertin Global Vectra Dy GM (project & Admn) Col (Retd) G P Singh, Sky One airways Station Manager Santosh Tiwari and other officers of the Civil Aviations department were present on the occasion.
