ITANAGAR, MAY 11: A damaged un used and off-road vehicle of Itanagar Municipal Corporation is lying on the Tadar Tang Marg (TT Marg) on VIP road for years together but who cares as the IMC is yet to take a decision to clear all the important roads by disposing off such garbages.
It is to mention that the said off-road vehicle of IMC has been lying at the same place for several years and the daily has raised the issue then with the Itanagar Municipal council leaders but could not be cleared. In later part of 2020 the new body of Itanagar municipal corporation has been constituted and this daily has again brought the issue before the authority and it is to mention that the IMC Commissioner has issued standing order to remove the said un-used and off-road vehicle from the scene but it is still there for last several months.
It is also to mention that the capital district administration has also issued such order in various point of time to remove such damaged, unused and off-road vehicles from National highway, arterial road and colony/sector roads of capital complex but as of now several such vehicles are still lying in several parts of capital complex including the national highway right from Hollongi to Banderdewa.
It is also to mention that these damaged and off road vehicles are not only creating nuisance and unhygienic but are also a source of danger for the free flow of traffic on roads.
