Few cases of land dispute and other issues were lying pending in the DC court and I being the Deputy Commissioner Incharge has visited few such sites which have some problems of ownership and other issues, most of such cases have been either shorted out or resolved and finalised. The capital administration is ready to resolve if any cases are there pending before the administration and if anyone does not want to come forward for a solution the administration will resort to legal action. Potom said.

Few cases at Karsingsa and a parking issue at Banderdewa has been shorted today and hope all such cases would be resolved if the land owners and other come forward for immediate solution and the administration has to handover the Right of Way (RoW) to concessionaire who has been awarded the work few months back of both the package B and C from Papu Nallah to Banderdewa. He said.

To start the work the land with RoW has to be handed over to the concessionaire so that they also can start the work and for which we are putting our effort for immediate action. He said.

With regards to providing relief cum self demolition package which has been forwarded to government for consideration and said once it is approved which would be disbursed to the beneficiaries and the structures will be immediately cleared by themselves or else the administration will do so. We are clearing the hindrances and there are few hindrances at Lekhi, Model Village, Nirjuli and Karsingsa which all have to be resolved, Potom added.
