Tayek Goi inaugurated new Donyi polo ganging at Jomlo Bari village in Siang district.

ITANAGAR, MARCH 19 : The Biodiversity Board Chairman Tayek Goi on Sunday has inaugurated a new Donyi polo ganging building at Jomlo Bari Village in Jomlo circle amid  huge public gathering  of Jomlo Bango villagers of Siang district.

The Donyi polo Gangging was established in 1993 and the permanent structure was inaugurated on .Sunday will benefit the people of more than 11 village of the area. The Gangging would facilitate the religious ceremony of the people of the area who are Donyi polo believers. 

A public meeting was held at Community Dere  of Jomlo Bari Village  where all the GBs, Panchayat leaders, executive members of Gangging and general public attended the meeting. The public meeting was address by chief guest and other guests on  the occasion.

The chief guest suggested that Donyi polo Gangging to be used by the believers for worshiping for all the wellbeing of human being on the earth. The place should be utilized for a better cause for welfare of society and human being and mankind. He added.

State BJP Vice President Tarh Tarak who was present on the occasion has also share his view and experience. Tarak  emphasized every present members to Preserve and Promote our age old system to worship through Gangging. He said.

“ The BJP Govt led by Chief Minister Pema khandu  has created the indigenous department to promote and Preserve our indigenous practices and appeal everyone to encourage the age old system in the  society” which will also help in maintaining the traditional value and age old cultural heritage”. Added Tarak
