Armed man robs Rs 40 lakh from SBI Seppa official at gunpoint

ITANAGAR, Feb 15: An armed man reportedly robbed Rs 40 lakh from State Bank of India (SBI) Seppa official at gunpoint on Wednesday afternoon when an official of the SBI Seppa along with one security guard was depositing money in an ATM located at Rajabapak colony, Seppa in East Kameng district.

East Kameng Superintendent of Police (SP) Rahul Gupta informed that the police are working on the case.

He said, “We are checking the CCTV footage of different locations and examination of the CCTV footage is underway.”

Gupta further informed, “We are working on human intelligence.”“A case of robbery has been registered at the Seppa police station and further investigation is taking place,” said an official source.
