NAHARLAGUN, JULY 4: Itanagar former MLA Kipa Babu has been motivating the youths and appealing them to come forward and work for protection of environment, forest and biodiversity.
Babu today along with dozens of local youths from Papunallah and other areas nearby Papunallah have joined hands together and carried out plantation activities in the space available between the four lane road in divider. The plantation was carried out just to inspire others, especially the youths of the capital complex to work for promotion of plantation activities and protection of the environment and forest, flora and fauna for a better environment. He said.
We have planted some ornamental plants and other small plants which will help to increase oxygen and also help in maintaining greenery on the roadside. I have motivated the youths and arranged plants for them and observed that the youths are in good numbers and have joined hands in the plantation. Babu said.
I will look forward to our youths also coming up in good numbers and sharing their free time with energy to save the environment and join hands in plantation activities wherever they reside in any parts of the capital complex, district, state and country. Babu added.
