NES demanded NIA probe into the Kimin incident

KIMIN, JUNE 23 ; The team of Nyishi Elite Society, (NES) All Nyishi Students union (ANSU) and All Nyishi Youth Association (ANYA) today visited the Kimin sub-division headquarter in Papum pare district where the 20 KM Kimin-Potin road constructed by BRO was inaugurated by Union Defense Minister Rajnath Singh and discusses with several leaders of the area and have a detail meeting and interacted with officers and public leaders of the area.

Briefing the media at Kimin Circuit House, NES President Bengia Tollum informs that what happened at Kimin is a gross mistake on the part of BRO and they need to apologize to the people of Arunachal Pradesh without any delay. The statement issued by BRO is merely a statement. He said.

Actually we are not interested in what has happened but we want to know why it happened and the root cause of the incident. The truth should be found out and the conspiracy needs to be known to all. He said.

Kimin is the part of Arunachal Pradesh and it is since the colonel rule and depicting the Kimin as Bilgarh in Assam is unfortunate. The power supply bill, water supply bill and the land where the ITBP exists has been allotted by the government of Arunachal Pradesh. He said.

The Union Defense Minister has inaugurated the incomplete road is also a matter to be known and when the programme was held in Arunachal Pradesh then why both the Chief Minister and Union Minister could not talk about the mischief done which has hurt the sentiment of the people of Arunachal Pradesh. He said.

Whether the breach of protocol has been delink and to unearth the reality or any conspiracy if there is any such issue need to be investigated and demanded the probe through national investigation agency (NIA). Tollum said.

Whatever may then be the reason but we claim that we are the most patriotic Indian. He said.

Referring to the two FIR lodged by students and youth organizations. Tollum said that we want a NIA Probe and we shall send a joint memorandum in this regard so that justice is delivered in the proper way.
