Secy Finance YW Ringu appealed to the young officers to serve the state in a better way

NAHARLAGUN, The Arunachal Pradesh civil services (APCS) officers batch of 2020 who were undergoing their foundation course for the last four months have completed their training in various parts of state and country.  Secretary Finance, Personnel & Training Y W Ringu has appealed to the young officers to be committed in the service and follow rules and regulations for the welfare of the people and development of state to a new height.

Ringu was addressing the two days valedictory function of  13 weeks foundation training of the 2020 batch of APCS officers at Administrative Institute (ATI). She said ‘sky’s the limit but before flying you should know how long you can climb and how to climb, so doing anything you should know yourself and act accordingly following all rules and regulation’.  The training you have obtained is a skill and you all are skilled and the skill you learn should be utilized in a better way, the skill should also increase the value to your service. She said. 

‘ You are the cream of the society and you all have to take care of the society, you have to carry forward the responsibility of being an officer and responsible person of state, we are working groups, we should not have ego and also maintain dress and decadency during the working period. She said.

While giving best of luck, Ringu said that the people have lots of hope and expectation on you people for a change, reformation and better development of state and welfare of people and to take the state to a new height.   

ATI Director, Pate Marik in his address said that our batch got a good opportunity to get better training this time and they have learned several things. The training obtained should be implemented in real life during the service period.  Always try to give fair suggestions, advice and record during the work. He said.

Work with sincerity, dedication  and commitment toward your works as an administrative officer, officer of department. there are lots of hope and expectation from you people 

He informed that, out of 57 APCS officers 54 were able to get the foundation training. The training was planned for four month from August 24 to December 22. The young officers had training at various parts of country including at one week training at IIM Shillong, two week customize training at LBSNAA, one week training at Arun Jaitley national institute of Financial management (AJNIFM) Faridabad,  one week judicial training at NEJOTI, Guwahati, three weeks administrative at ATI, Naharlagun, one week walk up training at ATI Naharlagun. He said.

The officers were posted to various circles from August 2020 to August 2021, this is the first batch who have got training in reputed institutes of the country. He said.   

Best groups and individual officers were given prizes for performances in various categories including course completion certificate on the occasion.
