Geku Peram, Dec 06: In a remarkable effort to enhance accessibility to government services, the District Administration Upper Siang successfully organized the 14th edition of Seva Apke Dwar 2.0 at Geku Peram village on December 6, 2023.
The inauguration of the camp took place at the Community Hall, Geku Peram, with Deputy Commissioner Hage Lailang leading the ceremony. The event was graced by the presence of GPC Top Tosung, ADC Headquarter Shri Dochora Lama, government officials, GBs, PRI leaders, and the enthusiastic participation of the general public.
More than 700 individuals from Geku Peram and nearby villages, including Sika Dine, Geku Kumku, Geku Ramku, 81, Geku Boom, Delek, Geku Mone, Jommo, were beneficiaries of various government schemes. The comprehensive camp saw the involvement of over 20 departments, including banks, offering services ranging from on-the-spot healthcare and free medicines to Aadhaar enrollment, ST/PRCs, income certificates, driving licenses, renewal of arms licenses, CMAAY & PMJAY enrollment, new account openings, and free distribution of items under PMUY.
Seva Apke Dwar 2.0 stands as a testament to the commitment of ensuring every eligible beneficiary receives government schemes at their doorsteps. The goal is to eliminate queues, ensuring no one is left behind in accessing vital services by the year 2023.
