Tana Hali Tara inaugurates Sarkar aapke dwar mega camp

DOIMUKH, MAY 04: District Administration Papum Pare successfully conducted Mega Sarkar Apke Dwar Campaign  at Monday Market Near Welcome Gate Doimukh as a part of celebration of Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav today on 4th May’2022 under the leadership of SDO Doimukh S.Tayang, DPO Lokam Chayu  and his team of administrative officers and staffs.

The camp  was inaugurated by MLA 14 Doimukh AC and Advisor AHV&DD Tana Hali Tara. He visited all the stalls and interacted with HoDs and officials. 

He also distributed tools, implements and other agri horti items  to beneficiaries under the Agriculture and Horticulture department.

Later while speaking to the people in the Digital Movie Theatre after the releasing ceremony of the  short video onTourism Hotspots of Papum Pare District in a impressive gathering, Hali appreciated the district administration for organising the mega SKAD camp in a befitting way within short notice and said  that  such camps are very important as it gives opportunity to public to avail all kinds of services in a one platform.  He also spoke about various people friendly Govt schemes like DBT system, Swachch Bharat Mission and said that public cooperation is must for the success of any govt scheme.

Lauding the short video on tourism hotspots of Papum Pare District created by District tourism society in collaboration with Tribal Adventure Tours Hali  said that Papum Pare has got huge tourism potential and people should promote it as tourism plays a greater role in socio economic developments. He also appreciated the Digital Media theatre installed by the IPR department and said that there is no dearth of skill among local youths, they should get themselves trained to handle such equipment.

Earlier, John Panye, MD Tribal Adventure Tours highlighted the objective of making video on tourism hotspots of the district and stated that this will help in promoting the eco- tourism and other tourist interest areas in the district. Meanwhile, ANBY Audio Visual, Local dialect traffic awareness song  and social awareness on drug addiction film “ I Killed my son” made by Bengia Morto was also screened as part of an awareness campaign.

Altogether 28 departments including Self Help Groups under ArSLM took participated in the camp. More than 500 people took benefitted from it. Cultural items were also displayed on the occasion.
