NAHARLAGUN, MAY 16: Itanagar local MLA Techi Kaso, Itanagar municipal corporation (IMC) Mayor Tame Phasang, former MLA Kipa Babu and IMC Deputy Mayor Biri Basang has appeal all section of society to learn to live with Coronavirus (Covid 19) and maintain SoP to remain safe and secure and have a good health and spirit.
Kaso informed the media that “ I have already faced the Covid and I don’t want that other person also suffer and for which everyone should understand the Covid behaviors and maintain the laid down guidelines and SoP issued by government, health department and district administration to remain safe and secure”. We are passing through a critical period and the frontline workers specially the medical fraternity, police personnels and others and we should respect them as they are doing their best effort to maintain the lockdown order for all of us. Kaso added.
IMC Mayor Tame Phasang informs that ‘ we are passing through the Covid pandemic which is not favoring any of us. With every passing day the figures of the Covid positive cases in the capital complex and state is rising and there is a urgent need to delink the chain of the infection of the Coronavirus. Phasang said.
The last 7 days containment declared by the Capital administration is good and the administration has extended the containment period upto May 31st to check and stop the rapid spread of the Covid 19 but it would only possible if all section of society extend the helping hand by remaining indoor if at all there is no any emergency. Phasang said.
All the IMC corporater has also join the campaign and will help everyone in in the respective Wards, colony and sector for all essential items and few shops in the locality will open in morning hours upto 12 noon for ration, vegetables and other essential items and urge upon all not to create crown in such shops. Phasang said.
He said those offices opened are being sanitized by IMC and also those areas declared as containment zones and mini and micro containment areas are being sanitized including the religious places. Phasang added.
IMC Deputy Mayor Biri Basang has appealed to all sections of society to contact the respective IMC Corporator, Ward Members and members of Clean committee, Green committee for all essential requirements. We should not take up the Covid so easily and time has come to remain at home without creating panic among the family, community and society. Basang added.
The Itanagar former MLA Kipa Babu while interacting the media said that “ Jan hai to Jahan hai” if health is good then everything is good and we can live a long life but it would only be possible if everyone understand the Covid 19 and Covid behavior and obey the SoP and government guidelines. Babu said.
Those who have taken their Covid 19 vaccine should take their second dose and also appeal to the youngsters of aged above 18 years to go for Covid vaccine after proper registration. He said.
Any disease can attack the human body if it is weak so maintain good health, have good foods, maintain routine exercise to remain fit and fine with a healthy body and sound mind and remain away from the pandemic. Babu added,
