UD Executive Engineer Takar Tachang passed away on Tuesday, thousands paid condolences

NIRJULI, One of the sincere and hardworking engineers of Urban Development Takar Tachang passed away on Tuesday evening while on his way from Guwahati to back home to Nirjuli due to cardiac arrest.

Late Takar Tachang S/O Lt.Hare Tachang and Smti Yaging Tachang Takar Tachang was born on 2nd Sept’ 1967 at Saramso village in Pakke Kessang district. Late Takar Tachang was serving as Executive Engineer, Bomdila division under the Department of Urban development & Housing at the time of his death. He left behind his wife, two sons and a daughter.

He was associated with several social welfare organizations and  has associated himself with several social welfare activities in undivided East Kameng and later in Pakkekessang district of state. Late Tachang was a very sincere, hardworking and soft spoken officer of the Urban development department and state.

Hundreds of people rushed to his residence at P Sector, Nirjuli when the news of his premature death circulated in social media. Late Tachang was a popular figure in Nyishi society and was also associated with several community works and also worked for unity and integrity of several communities and development of the state and progress of the department.

Hundreds of  people from various walks of life visited the resident of Late Tachang at P Sector and paid floral tribute to the departed leader for eternal peace in heavenly abode. 

The prominent people who visited and paid floral tribute which include  Itanagar MLA Techi Kaso, Pakke Kessang MLA and BJP President Biyuram Wahge, Arunachal Pradesh Public service commission Chairman Nabam Nipo,  Sports Association of Arunachal Vice Chairman Tana Sanjiv, leaders from East Kameng Social welfare and cultural organisation, United leil Tara youth foundation, engineers from various department, Arunachal chamber of commerce and Industry President Tarh Nachung, Secretary Techi Peko, several IMC corporators, public leaders, social workers, people from business communities, family members, community leaders, well-wishers and  others today visited and paid floral tribute.

In a condolence message, former Chief Minister and Sagalee MLA Nabam Tuki said that “ I am deeply saddened and utterly shocked to learn about the sudden and untimely demise of Er. Takar Tachang, who breathed his last on 9,h Nov7 2021. Late Takar Tachang was a very simple, warm and loving person. His premature demise is a great loss and irreparable for his family members as well as for the society”. Tuki said.

“I convey my heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family members & loved ones and pray to Almighty God to give them comfort and strength to bear the irreparable loss caused to them. May his departed soul rest in eternal peace in heavenly abode”. Tuki added.

The United Leil Tara Youth Foundation (ULTYF) is deeply shocked and saddened to learn about the untimely demise of Er. Takar Tachang  after a prolonged illness. In a condolence message, the ULTYF said that He was a very sincere, dedicated and hardworking Government officer who also was an active social worker. He served as the General Secretary of East Kameng Social Welfare & Cultural Organization (EKSWCO) in the year 2011-2014. His premature death is a great loss to the Leil Tara society in particular and state as a whole. In this hour of grief, the foundation extends its heart-felt condolences to the bereaved family and pray to the almighty to let the departed soul rest in eternal peace.

Pakke Kessang District Intellectual Forum (PDIF) also joined at the time of the demise of Late Tachang. The shocked and saddened on the sudden and untimely demise of on 9th Nov ‘2021 after a brief illness.

He is known by his simplicity, humility, humbleness and honesty among his friend circles and in the society.He was active in Social work since his school days. He served as General Secretary of Govt. Hr.Sec. School Seppa in 1984. In Social arena, he served as Treasure of then XII-PIF (Xll-Pakke Kessang Intellectual Forum) in the year 2007-10, now PDIF (Pakke Kessang District Intellectual Forum)

His contribution for the creation of Pakke Kessang District during his tenure as the General Secretary of EKSWCO will be remembered by the people of Pakke Kessang District forever. In this hour of Grief, PDIF extends and expresses its sincere, heart-felt and deepest condolences to the family members. We pray to the Almighty God for giving enough strength to the family members to bear the irreparable loss and may the departed soul achieve the highest abode.
