KOKILA, JULY 7 : The mass community plantation drive held here today in Kokila area on eve of Van mahotsava week celebration. We should inspire all section of society specially the younger generation to plant more trees in surrounding areas to remain in clean and green environment. The GM AAI said that now time has come that all section of society has to think for the existence of humanity in a clean and green environment for a healthy life then we have no option but to carryout plantation drive in and around our house, village and even otherwise. We have to take part in plantation drive wherever get an opportunity and also inspire and motivate others specially the younger generation who are the future of tomorrow and they have greater responsibility toward the society, humanity and future. He said.
We are trying our best effort to motivate the locals who are residing in the nearby airport construction site to go for plantation drive for a clean environment from time to time. We will also look forward to the area remaining green for a healthy life. GN added.
Balijan EAC Marchina Boria Tagru, AAI AGM Govinda Rajulu, DRAL (Runway construction agency) PM Kuashal Patel, DRAL PRO Bamang Taniang, APPSU President Tassar Levi, Hollongi OP Incharge Makbul Hussain, RFO Ranjit Datto, former ANSU President LIkha Teji, Kokila Headmaster, PRI leaders, GBs, youths and general public also take part in the plantation drive in and around the school campus.
The programme was organized by Kokila panchayat supported by former ANSU president Likha Teji and forest deptt.
