PASIGHAT, AUG 20 : The Health & Family welfare Minister Alo Libang on Friday has discussed various issue related to connectivity and ask the officiating Chief Engineer of BRO (Brahamank) Jeetendra kr Dwivedi based at Pasighat to expedite on priority basis.
The Minister informed that the BRO Officer has informed that the 320 BSB Siyom bridge would be completed within 31st August 2021. Regarding Moying to Tuting Road the officer has informed that the men and machines are working hard on war footing despite inclement weather conditions and incessant rains. Libang said.
The 300mtr long concrete bridge over the Siang river would be constructed at the Gandhi bridge area and the consultant had been awarded to work out the DPR so that further formalities are taken up for consideration. Libang said.
“ I have also discussed with regards to construction of ‘Frontier Highway from Nafra to Vijoynagar”. Libang said.
The Chief Engineer has apprised that all the employees & their family members have been fully vaccinated and is a happy moment. Libang added.
Further Libang lauded the work of the BRO in the area and assured all support to the authority for providing better connectivity in the Siang valley.
