ITANAGAR, DEC 19 : Who can park vehicle in the marking in the centre of the road near Underpass at Bank Tinali, if no one should park then why the commuters do so, we should have a parking sense. Why traffic police do not put signboard where to park or where not to park. Is there parking bay on the roadside, please specify for the convenient of the vehicle owners and commuters.
The general public urged upon the traffic authority to create awareness on parking, simply locking of vehicle and taking penalty/fine will not serve the purpose
