APAKA held its 4th APAKA Karate championship from Dec 26-29 at Pasighat

ITANAGAR, DEC 30 : The Arunachal Pradesh amateur karate do association (APAKA) has completed its three days championship from December 26 to 29 at Pasighat in East Siang district and conducted successfully. Said  a press release.

In a press statement, the APAKA  general secretary John Bagang said that the championship was held at Badminton hall, Pasighat and began form December 26th and concluded on 26th respectfully. The championship was held successfully and smoothly.  Players from 18 district takes part in the championship. More than 497 players takes part. The APAKA said.

The East Kameng district team emerged as overall championship, Upper Subansiri district team adjudged as 1st runners-up and West Kameng district as 2nd runners-up. 

Former Minister Bosiram Siram and Retired PWD Superintending engineer Tapi Darang attended the closing ceremony and motivated the players and address the gathering and also take part in prize distribution. 

APAKA President Yarada Niki who was also present also taken part in prize distribution and address the players and motivated them to maintain discipline and become a good player and maintain team spirit.
