ITANAGAR, APRIL 1 : The women Kho Kho team of state has won a bronze medal in 23rd North East zone senior (men and women) Kho Kho championship-2023 held at Margherita in Assam.
The Kho Kho association of Arunachal Pradesh general secretary Puto Bui who is also the Chairman of North East kho kho federation of India inform that the
“23 Rd North East zone senior (men- women) kho- kho championship 2023 organized by Tinsukia District kho-kho association Under the supervision by Assam kho-kho association, Under the auspices of North East Zone kho- kho federation. He said.
The championship was held in coordination with Margherita District Sports Association, Asom Jatiyabadi yuva .chatra Parishad, Margherita,Regional committee, the team from all seven states of the region took part. He said.
The three day championship was held at Central Playground, Margherita from 29,30 and 31rd 2023. Puto Bui said.
The team of men and women in the senior category takes part. The women from Arunachal Pradesh participated and got the third position which was a match between Tripura. Arunachal have won Bronze medal 3rd Position) senior women. The state kho kho associate general secretary Puto Bui added.
