ITANAGAR, AUGUST 26 : The Kurung Kumey Deputy Commissioner Nighee Bengia on August 24 wide public notice KKD/KLG/LM/ORDER/2022-23/1177 that teer shall be closure of road in Package-VIII on NH-173 on Trans Arunachal Highway (TAH) near Kurung bridge point (Rengchi) village-(Rakte) near Rite village stretches.
The road closure has been given to expedite the formation cutting of the Trans Arunachal Highway (TAH) stretches in Kurung Kumey district wherein everyone has to cooperate and support for smooth construction of the road network. The DC said.
The road closure shall be affected from 1st September to 1st October 2022. The traffic movement shall remain closed from 9 AM to 1 PM in day and from 8 PM to 5 AM in night hours. The ambulance, medical cases and emergency services shall be exempted during the said period. DC said.
All the commuters and denizens are hereby directed to abide and comply with the notice further order. It is a general advice to all the commuters to refrain from unnecessary vehicular movement during the closure period and adhere with the notice. DC Nighee Bengia added.
All the administrative officers, SP, HGBs, GBs and public leaders are requested for wide circulation in their respective areas for wide publicity. The officer of NHIDCL and others are also requested for wider circulation among the executing agency and local residents and commuters. The executing agency M/S Puna Hinda Ltd is directed to expedite the formation cutting work within stipulated time. Accordingly the public transportation and sumo services of Koloriang and Sangram are also served with a copy for wider circulation and information among the passengers. The DC added.
