ITANAGAR, Dec 20: The East Siang Anti-Drugs (ESAD) and Jia Youth Association (JYA) on Tuesday in its movement against drug has busted one drug peddler from Roing in Lower Dibang valley and recovered weighting around 25 grams of suspected herion from his possession.
The peddler who has been identified as Gadgar Jiling of Assam has been handed over to the Roing Police Station, the president ESAD Gumin Mize informed that the allege accused was off to deliver the drugs to its client when he was busted.
“We have been following his activities and chasing him for many days,” said Mize. From accused one mobile phone and bike were also recovered which was handed over to the police, he added.
