125th Foundation Day of Ramakrishna Mission was observed

Deomali, May 1: The 125th Foundation Day of Ramakrishna Mission was observed at Vivekananda Sabhagriha of Ramakrishna Mission  Narottam Nagar on Sunday. Swami Vivekananda established the Ramakrishna Mission on 1st May 1897 at Kolkata.  The program commenced with lighting the lamp amidst Vedic chanting by students. 

Swami Achyuteshananda, Secretary  in his welcome address motivated all to serve for the cause of humanity.  Br. Jnanatmachaitanya presented a show on Ramakrishna Mission.  Deghu Pulu read out the proceedings of the first and second meeting of Ramakrishna Mission.  

The Chief Guest Dr. Sharat Chauhan, Principal Secretary, Finance, Health and Family Welfare, Govt. of Arunachal Pradesh, while making an in-depth observation of the school, appreciated the students for their excellent academic performance and disciplined demeanour. Sankriti Chauhan and Sri Duyu Ribia, ADC Deomali and Swami Sudarshananda also graced the occasion. Melodious musical renderings were presented by students and teachers. All staff members were presented with gifts on the joyous occasion.
