ITANAGAR, MAY 2 : The officers and officials of State Remote Sensing Application Centre (SRSAC), Government of Arunachal Pradesh, Itanagar on Monday have observed 2 minutes silence to offer condolence at its office premises located in A.P Civil Secretariat on account of demises of one of its employees Late Gida Yapung who was working as Lower Division Clerk (LDC).
In a condolence message, the SRSAC Director Dr. H. Dutta said that Late Gida Yapung was initially appointed as LDC under the establishment of State Remote Sensing Application Centre, Itanagar from 30th December 2016. She was a sincere and dedicated employee of SRSAC.
She had left behind her husband Shri Charu Talik Samual and 2 daughters of which one is just 6 month old. Dr. Dutta added.
Meanwhile Arunachal Pradesh state council for science & Technology (APSCS&T) Chairman Bamang Mangha and Director C D Mungyak also paid condolence to the departed soul for rest in peace in heavenly abode.
The body of Late Yapung is being brought back from Dibrugarh Where she passed away early morning due to brief illness and the last rite will be held at her Chimpu residence, Itanagar on Tuesday. The family sources said.
