Naharlagun, 06: 7 person arrested by Naharlagun police and seized 13.40 grams of suspected heroin, 73.12 grams of cannabis, drug sale proceeds around 7200 rupees and one bolero vehicle on Tuesday.
Capital police informed through an release that On 5/7/22, SI S.S Jha and Naharalgun PS team arrested seven persons namely- Pradip Das, Tayor Passar, Dalang Nibe, Tobom Nayam, Birbal Nayak, Asmot Ali and Jiyabur Rahman from Helipad Colony, NLG and from their possession seized 13.40 grams of suspected heroin, 73.12 grams of cannabis, drug sale proceeds around 7200 rupees and one bolero vehicle bearing registration no- AR-01-N-6255. The raid was closely supervised by SDPO Naharlagun D Gumja and OC PS Naharlagun K Yangfo.
Accordingly, NLG PS Case No-87/22 u/s 20(b)(ii)(A)/ 21(a)/27/27A/29 NDPS Act was registered and endorsed to Inspr J.Kamdak for investigation. Police informed.
