Assam Rifles, in collaboration with the New Dukpey Residential School, organized a special lecture on Hindi and its role as an official language under the “Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav – Unity” initiative. The event aimed to create awareness among students about the significance of Hindi as an official language in our diverse nation.
The lecture, held on July 17, 2023, witnessed an enthusiastic gathering of 160 students and 17 teachers from the school. The attendees eagerly participated in the session, demonstrating their interest and eagerness to learn about Hindi’s importance.
The principal, along with other staff members, joined the students in attending the lecture. Expressing gratitude and admiration for the efforts of Assam Rifles in motivating the youth to embrace Hindi, the principal commended the initiative’s role in promoting linguistic unity and understanding.
