Naharlag6un, Jun 15: – Indian Medical Association state branch of Arunachal Pradesh (IMb biA-AP), new office bearers were elected for the session 2023-2026. The meeting, which took place from June 1 to June 4, 2023, at Naharlagun, saw extensive deliberations and adhered to the association’s bye-laws.
Following a thorough discussion, Dr. Kesang Wangdi Thongdok emerged victorious as the newly elected state president of the IMA Arunachal Pradesh. Dr. Thongdok, a highly regarded medical professional, is expected to bring valuable leadership and experience to the role. Additionally, Dr. Minggam Pertin was elected as the state Honorary Secretary, a position that holds significant responsibility within the association.
The outgoing president, Dr. Lobsang Tsetim, and outgoing Honorary Secretary, Dr. Jego Ori, will officially hand over their respective duties to the newly elected officials on July 1, 2023.
