ITANAGAR, JAN 17 : The Minister for Home, Rural development and Panchayti Raj Bamang Felix on Tuesday has ask the officers and officials of Panchayati Raj department to work in team. Spirit for better development of rural Arunachal Pradesh.
Felix was addressing the officers of Panchayti Raj department, DPDOs, Member Secretary of Panchayat in district and officers of line department on the occasion of coordination meeting at DK Convention centre for the officers and officials of western circle. Whatever the schemes and projects which may be centrally or state sponsored scheme but they all are for the development of rural area and welfare of local people, He said. The schemes and projects once approved and sanctioned should be properly implemented in later and spirit and people in general get benefited. Said Minister Felix.
All the works should. be carried as per the guidelines with sincerity and devotion so that the work are executed properly and fruits of development reached to last people of the village who are most deserving and the selection were made after proper rules and regulation were followed. He said.
It should also be taken into consideration of the resolution and minutes of the gram panchayat development plan (GPDP) which are adopted in the gram sabha of villages. The state own resource was 123 crore and hope that all the districts utilize the fund properly and submit the utilization certificate (UC) so that new and important proposals and schemes/projects are taken up in the next year. He said
I take review meeting every two months, we discussed about the progress and saturation point of all the schemes block wise and today is for western zone and Wednesday it will be held for Eastern zone. We all are working in cooperation of each others. we have a greater responsibility as these schemes are for upgradation and progress and development of rural Arunachal.
Before year ending it is also mandatory that all the schemes are properly completed and fund ante utilized and UC are submitted to concern department at state and centre level. The Minister Felix added.
RD Secretary Amarnath Talwade, Director Panchayat Raj, all ZPCs, DPDOs, Members secretary of the district Tawang, West Kameng,East Kameng, Pakke Kessang, Papum Pare, Lower Subansiri, Kra Daadi, Kurung KUmey, Kamle, Upper Subansiri, West Siang, Si Yomi and others were present on the occassin and share their view, advice and suggestion and challenges for completion of scheme, fund provision and submission of uC etc.
