Itanagar MLA Techi Kaso said that “Song and music connect people of all walk of life at all hours”

BORUM, JAN 11 : The Itanagar Capital complex local MLA Techi Kaso on Wednesday has termed the songs and music as a best tool to connect people of all religion, tribe, culture and colour across the world at all the time. 

Kaso inform the media that it gives immense pleasure in releasing an album of festival song book which document songs of legendary singers of six trines and in next edition they may include other tribes also. The documentation of songs and music is much needed and a time will come we will need these songs, lyric and scripts. He said.

These days the festival songs are very much song by everyone at various occasion and these festival songs will always focus our festival celebration and preservation of our aged old cultural heritage and traditional value of tribal society or else a time will come we may loss our identity. Said Kaso.

While lauding the effort of Nyamo Doji, Chairman of Arunachal singing legends foundation (Research and documentation centre) for taking up such inovativ project for documentation of such festival song in an album namely ‘ dream project-Phase-1 and happy to release the souvenir  title ‘ documentation on tribal festival songs of Arunachal Pradesh’. He further assured to support such innovative activities.

Arunachal singing legends foundation, Chairman cum advisor Nyamo Doji inform that we are working with a motto ‘ our culture our pride and our festival our identity’, we can preserve and promote and protect our culture and tradition through music which need to be documented and we are trying our best effort. He said.

We released souvenir and audio album of festival songs. We are also working in documentation of basic concept of tribal festival, interview to the experts of mythology, biography of lyricists, singers and promoters, visuals shooting, 

Legendary singer Bengia Memento and other local leaders of the area were present on the occasion.
