Rijiju inaugurated Bage Tinali and Seppa branch with 14 ATM of APRB in state

ITANAGAR, Apr 16 : The Union minister for law and Justice Kiren Rijiju on Saturday has inaugurated two bank branch of Arunachal Pradesh Rural Bank (APRB) at Seppa in East Kameng and Bange Tinali in Capital complex with 14 ATC established across the state in presence of several eminent personalities and dignitaries.
Addressing the officers, officials and others at APRB conference hall of the APRB here, the Union Minister said that it is a historic moment Arunachal Pradesh Rural Bank expanded its reach to the customers by opening two branches and 14 ATMs in the state.
The beautiful premises of APRB Branch has been dedicated to serve the people of Arunachal Pradesh. Hope that the branch will cater to the need of all section of society in and around Bage Tenali Area in Nirjuli area and Seppa in East Kameng.
He congratulate the Orik Kato, the first BM of the branch of Bage Tinali and said that APRB and ask her to become one the best bank branch and become high among its customer for timely delivery of service and had made its name and fame in past few years and progress and also help the people.
He gave his best wishes to APRB Bage Tenali Branch. He also signed a few coffee mugs which will be given to first few customers of APRB.

On arrival at Head Office the union Minister Rijiju inaugurated Seppa and Bage Tinali from the head office and also inaugurated 14 nos ATM located in various parts of state.
With this APRB is now present in 15 district of the state with 14 ATMs across Arunachal. The places where APRB installed ATMs are Naharlagu, Likabali, Ruksin, Sille, Pasighat, Yazali, Yachuli, Ziro, Kamba, Daporijo, Dumporijo, Aalo and Palin.
One Demonstration Van for Financial literacy was also flagged off by i Rijiju and host of dignitaries.
As a noble gesture, APRB donated food grains and vegetables to Nabam Deepak Living Home and vehicle loaded with items was also flagged off by the Rijiju on the occasion.

Cheques were distributed of Mudra Loan, Stand Up India Loan and SHG Loans beneficiaries. the cheques to nominee of deceased person and disabled who had insurance from Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yozna and Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yozna.
APRB Chairman Dr. Deepak Gupta on the occasion presented the performance of APRB and its achievement and said that the bank now has business of more than 1600 Crore and APRB is going to declare a profit of 20.50 Crore in this financial year. The year has been very important of APRB as with hard effort, the bank wiped out its accumulated losses.
Appreciating the hard work of the bank, Rijiju said that performance of APRB is really worth recognizing. He said that APRB moto is not just good customer service but they also have ambitious target for the future. The union minister took a note that APRB is the only bank which is able to meet the banking requirement of rural people of Arunachal Pradesh. Congratulating bank for increasing its branches to 34 and addition of 14 ATMs, he requested bank to bring more digital transaction to the remotest part of Arunachal Pradesh.
APRB has been in limelight in near past all the time and its performance has been improving every day. The bank is now considered as a performing and true Arunachalee Bank among its customers. Dr Gupta, Chairman APRB appraised the house that presently bank is sanctioning Rs. 15 Cr loan per month and it has now set a target to increase to Rs. 20 Cr.
Rijiju said that economic development of the state depends upon good banks in the area and APRB will be instrumental in bringing good economic development in the state. He extended all the best wishes for near future to chairman of the bank and all the staffs in future endeavors.
