Senior Architect, Dawa Tsering retired from his service, officers and officials of various deptt gave warm felicitation

ITANAGAR, JULY 31: Senior architect Dawa Tsering, who retired after serving the PWD department for more than three decades of active service on July 31st, has been given a warm reception and felicitation at a function held at the state guest house.

PWD Chief Engineer (SIDF) Dani Gambo, Chief Engineer Central Zone Hage Bida, Chief Engineer (CSQ) Lobsang Yeshi, Chief Engineer West Zone Tumto Kamsi, Housing Director Techi Gubin, Town Planning Director Likha Suraj, and a host of officers from various zones of PWD, Town Planning, Architects, Housing officers, and officials, along with family members, friends, and well-wishers were present on the occasion.

“Retirement from government service will not stop me from carrying forward my work and sharing my experience. I will continue to carry forward the works which I have learned, served, and gained from more than three decades of active service in my life,” said Dawa Tsering.

“It is an occasion that made me retire from the active services of the government, but I will always try to look forward to what I can share with my community, society, and people,” he added.

“Working those days was a challenging task, but now technology has made many works easier, so we should do our work with sincerity, devotion, and dedication so that the people are the ones to judge you, and this will be the best reward,” Dawa Tsering emphasized.

Several top officers of the department and others shared their experiences working with him, who is regarded as a renowned architect of the state.
