Tuting, Dec 27: The Indian Army, under Operation Samaritan, is championing youth sports in the Upper Siang District with the launch of the Siang Warriors Football Tournament.
Running from Dec 27 to Dec 30, 2023, the event has attracted spirited participation from ten Men’s and five Women’s teams hailing from diverse border villages in the Siang Valley.
With the local community rallying behind their teams, the tournament has injected a festive vibe into Tuting, complementing the ongoing New Year celebrations.
