YACHULI, DEC 6 : It is expected that around ten thousand delegate and individuals to attend the XIIIth Nyishi Elite Society (NES) conference to be held from December 9 to 12 at Yachuli in Lower Subansiri district. Informed conference Chairman and Yachuli ADC Toko Babu.
Speaking to media after an inspection carried by the top NES leaders led by NES Vice President Tarh Tabin and General Secretary Heri Maring accompanied by local MLA and Education, cultural affairs and DIA Minister Taba Tedir on Tuesday. The team take the stock of the preparation for the programme.
ADC Babu informed that as per information it is expected that around ten thousand (10000) delegates and individuals are expected to attend the conference which is being organized at actual site of Yachuli Divisional headquarter West. Though necessary preparation is underway but several sub-committee has been constituted and works has been divided as per requirement and based on agenda. He said.
All the line department has also been alerted as the chief minister of Arunachal Pradesh Pema Khandu is scheduled to the chief guest on the 10th and so necessary preparation has also been added as per schedule and requirement and protocol. He said.
As there would be a gathering of around ten thousand people so it is assume that there may be a requirement of parking for around five to six thousand vehicles which is being considered. He said.
The Nyishi Elite Society (NES) Vice President Tarh Tabin said that delegates from all the Nyishi inhabitant district including form Assam and others are attending the conference as usual has appeal the delegates and individuals to attend the upcoming NES conference to be held at Yachuli in Lower Subansiri. Terming the youths and students as the future Tabin urged upon the youths and students community to attend and become a part of conference for a vibrant society for a Pan Arunachal concept for better future and development of state and country. Said Tabin.
He further informed that it is an open invitation to all Nyishi brothers and sisters living in state and other parts of NE region and country. The conference venue is around 4.5 KM from main gate on TAH toward Yachuli divisional headquarter. road lining are being made so that no one get any confusion. All the facilities and amenities are being developed and hope everything goes well and the 13th general conference held properly as all the conference has happened in past.
The local MLA and Minister Education, Cultural Affairs and DIA Minister informed that Yachuli is an important place and all the necessary arrangement are being done. We are expecting delegates of around the state. Arrangement are basically made locally, home stay type and Namlo is also being proposed while several committee and sub-committee formed are taking care. Today I also accompanied the NES delegation to inspect and update the preparation for the conference.
Accommodation for delegates are being arranged at various location and accommodation are right from Talo, Joram Mai, Yachuli, Yazali, Deed and Ziro and accordingly the flooding are also being arranged and hope there would not be accommodation problem.
