ITANAGAR, MAY 30 ; Two Arunachalee IPS of 2004 batch Michi Paku and Take Ringu who are at present working as DIG at PHQ, Itanagar, Arunachal Pradesh on Monday have been promoted to the post of IGP.
In an order issued by issued by Ministry of Home Affairs, Govt. of India, New Delhi vide order dated 30th May 2022 said that “ in pursuance to the recommendation of the screening committee in the meeting held on December 24, 2021 and with the approval of competent authority, both Michi Paku, IPS and Take Ringu, IPS of 2004 batch of AGMUT cadre has been promoted to IGP”. The order said.
“Both IPS officers Michi Paku and Takhe Ringu have been promoted to IGP grade (level-14 IN the pay matrix) with 1st June 2022 or from the date of assumption of the charge, whichever is later”. The order issued by Rakesh Kumar Singh, under secretary, Ministry of Home Affairs said.
